Looking for percussion teacher for my 12 year old daughter

I was given a set of congas/bongos. I have no idea what to do with them, but I'd like to learn. Do you give instructions for those?

I am looking for music lessons for my soon to be 10 year old son for his birthday. He loves to play around with the drums but would also like to learn how to play steel pan. We are of Caribbean decent, being part Jamaican and Guyanese so drums are very cool for him. Where would the classes be taught?

I am interested in taking percussion lessons with an emphasis on afro-cuban rhythms. I have been playing piano for about 10 years and the saxophone for about 3 years. I can read music and have an intermediate level knowledge of music theory.

We are in process of finding a percussion teacher for my son, Brian, starting from this fall. He will be a freshman in GHHS this fall.
Brian had taken private percussion lessons for the past 2.5 years. He participated in middle school band, some county and district honor bands, and will be in high school marching band (pit) starting this summer, and take band class in high school. Learning percussion is his passion.
