Diane has been teaching music for 5 years.  She is an artist, singer/songwriter.  She produces and performs all her own music.  Diane specializes in voice, guitar, keyboards/piano.

  • Diane has performed at many different coffeehouses, clubs and venues.  If you are interested in performing, she can help you with stage presence, stage fright, mic techniques and many of the other skills needed to perform well.

During each lesson, we will focus on the skills needed to increase your level of play through different drills and exercises.  The 2nd half of the lesson is always focused on using the newly learned skills and applying them to the current piece of music you are working on.  I prefer to have the student choose the music they are interested in, so that it is something you will be excited about practicing during the week.  However, I am more than happy to suggest a piece of music, if you choose.

Also, we will focus on your goals~ specifically looking at what you want to know, learn, create or perform and then tailor your lessons to help you achieve them step by step.

I specialize in vocal techniques and teaching for pop artists and this is the same for guitar, piano and songwriting
